Author : Kristi AmbroseWell now you can! In the past when I was working for a jerky boss I always wished there was a way I could warn people before they walked down the same path as me I always used to work in kitchens and restaurants because I was a Chef - and some of those people are some of the nastiest people you will ever meet! Well recently I was looking up a few companies online (that are only available online) and I found these really cool websites that allow you to rant about your bad bosses or your jobs you work at It can be in ANY industry for any country and any state Plus, you can be completely anonymous if you choose to be Or you can stick it to the man and just be honest about who you are!

Either way, you could be helping a ton of people Plus you could finally get it off of your chest what bothered you so much about your boss or the company/job you worked at It’s a win-win situation Get your frustrations out while helping people What more could you want in a rant site? I like the ways these sites are set up because it doesn’t matter if you choose boss or job you still see the first line as being the company and then the rating that the poster gave the company/boss So if you see a job you are going to take you can just read all negative or all positive or whatever you want Let’s look at two of the worst and one good:

Boss: Gayle Caillier, Baylor Surgicare At Denton / USPI - Denton, Texas US
Boss Rating: Bad
Comments: There is proof from eyewitnesses that Gayle let people work “off the clock” and she fired employees that were doing a great job for the company The last employee that was fired for no good reason threatened to take them to court and told them not to fight her unemployment claim like they did with another employee that got fired Gayle uses her office manager and other employees to make a false case against the terminated employees (the same pot stirring employee twice) I sure hope that the former scheduler takes her case to court to stop the bad practices at this company Everybody I work with is wondering who is to go next I will leave at the first opportunity I will have

Boss: Jane Weaver, The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society - Charlotte, NC US
Comments: Jane has no respect for her employees She is a terrible micro manager, always trying to get into everyone else’s business She doesn’t let her staff do their jobs, and is very passive aggressive When someone disagrees with her she pouts and then gets on the phone and starts bad mouthing them to her colleagues across the country She is incompetent and doesn’t know how to do her own job, so instead she sticks her nose into everyone else’s She also picks fights with people just to get a reaction She claims to “empower” her staff, but when a staff person makes a decision she tells them they are wrong She is a horrible person to work with and for

Boss: Jay Flynn, Mental Health Center Of Denver - Denver, CO US
Boss Rating: Excellent
Comments: Fairness - very fair/helpful
style - always willing to lend a hand
trustworthiness - he was very easy to talk to and tried to do the very best for his employees
motivation =100!! he was always saying what a great job we were doing!!!

So as you can see from above - it’s very easy to “rate” these people and jobs If YOU want to rate your job or boss you can do so on a rating scale of 1-5 or in better or worse terms Just take a look at these sites and you will see what I mean about the rating system and who knows you might chuckle to yourself like I did! Not all bosses are bad, but if you are going to get a job and work for a company or boss you may as well know the truth before you actually get hired Personally, I wish there were more of these sites available for other things in life as well! It would save all of us a lot of time, heart ache and rants! This Author is a huge fan of I Hate My Boss!
