Author : Steve D’AgostinoBy now, I’m sure you’ve heard of Bakugan, the budding (pretty much) game that tweens have been playing that Pokemon and Yu-Gi-Oh couldn’t seem to compete with It seems amazing to me that any game could have become bigger than Pokemon, but Yu-Gi-Oh was much more playable Of course, no honest adult really thought that YGO would be the game to end all games, but no man foresaw the Bakugan fad coming as forcefully as it did

The secret is, again, playability Bakugan actually gives kids (or whomever) a game that is very similar, or at least a good enough interpretation, of what the TV show portrays

On the surface, Bakugan seems a bit complicated and perplexing, but in reality, it’s pretty uncomplicated Here’s the scoop: you’ve got some important and some not-so-important-yet-really-cool-and-showlike things that if you don’t need, you at least really desire to make the game as awesome as it can be- isn’t that the point of the show? First, you have Bakugans or Bakugan Balls They have a magnet inside that will cause them to open up when they land on these metal cards that are laid out on a game board called a battle arena The cards are laid face-down so that no one knows what they are Then the Bakugans are launched, either by hand or with the use of a launcher, which is considerably more accurate After it is proven that more than one Bakugan made it onto the card by their springing open into battle mode, the card is turned over, and based on what the card states, the Bakugan with the higher or lower G-Power wins the card

Ok, got it to this point?
